Terms of Service

Thanks for choosing Nova Charts. These terms explain what you're buying, what we promise, and what we ask of you. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them, especially the parts about refunds and what a reading is (and isn't).
1. Who we are
Nova Charts is operated by Carr Capital LLC (Arizona) ("Nova Charts," "we," "us"). You can reach us at support@novacharts.xyz.
2. Who can order
You must be 18 or older to buy a Nova Charts reading. When you order, you confirm that you are. A reading of a child's chart must be ordered by the child's parent or guardian.
3. What a reading is (and isn't)
Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only. Astrology is not a science. Nothing in a reading predicts specific events or guarantees any outcome, and we don't promise that a reading is accurate.
A reading is not medical, psychological, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Please talk to a licensed professional for those needs. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services (112 in Italy and the EU) or, in the US, call or text 988. You are responsible for any decisions you make.
How readings are made. Your chart is calculated from astronomical data using the birth details you give us. The written interpretation is generated with artificial intelligence, using only your chart's actual placements. It is not written by a human astrologer. Every reading is made with AI and checked against a second astronomical source before delivery.
4. Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. You pay through Stripe's secure hosted checkout, and we never see or store your card number.
5. Your birth details
Your reading depends on the birth date, time, and place you give us, so please double-check them before you submit. We can only be as accurate as the details you provide.
Don't know your birth time? Choose "unknown" and we'll offer you a Solar chart instead. It leaves out the parts of a chart that depend on the exact time, such as your rising sign and houses. We never guess a birth time. If your birth time is off by more than a few minutes, your rising sign and houses may change.
6. Delivery
Your reading is delivered as a PDF to the email address you give us. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. If your reading doesn't arrive, email support@novacharts.xyz with your order number and we'll help.
7. Refunds
Each reading is created just for you from your birth details. No refunds once your reading has been delivered.

Gifts
- When you give a reading as a gift, you are the buyer: you pay, and these terms apply to your purchase.
- After you pay, you get a private link to send to the recipient. They enter their own birth details through that link. We don't collect recipients' phone numbers.
- If the recipient doesn't know their birth time, a Full chart gift becomes a Solar chart, with no partial refund.
- Gift codes expire 180 days after purchase. We don't hold any birth details for an unredeemed gift, and expired gifts aren't refunded.
- No refunds once the reading has been delivered.
- Birth details entered through a gift link are deleted 90 days after delivery, like any other order.
8. Your reading and our content
Our website, templates, designs, and the text and graphics we create are owned by the operator of Nova Charts to the extent protected by law. When you buy a reading, you may keep, print, and share it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell it or use it commercially.
9. Fair use
Please don't:
- order a reading of someone else's chart without their permission;
- resell or republish readings; or
- misuse the site, for example by submitting false or automated orders or trying to get around our security.
10. Disclaimers
Readings and the website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make any promises about readings beyond those written in these terms, including any promise that a reading is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a reading or the website is limited to the amount you paid for that reading. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
If something goes wrong, please email us first at support@novacharts.xyz. Most problems can be sorted out quickly that way.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and delete your information, and it is part of these terms. In short: we delete your birth details 90 days after delivery.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
